Witness teams are formed primarily to reach out to others for the explicit purpose of bringing them into the church. Having the spiritual gift listed under each team heading is not a necessity in most cases for serving on that particular team but it would certainly be a plus. If you have discovered your spiritual gift, the spiritual gift designation may help you find a ministry team you would enjoy being a part of.
